Jan 2007 - New Capability - Midwest Metrology has recently purchased a Thunder Scientific Humidity Calibration Chamber. Enhances measurement uncertainty to 0.5% RH

Midwest Metrology has always been able to calibrate and certify humidity measuring equipment but now with a reduced uncertainty of 0.5% RH. To benefit our customers, during our last A2LA assessment, we had our humidity measurement uncertainties reviewed and subsequently revised to reflects our new service.

An added benefit of the Thunder Scientific Humidity Chamber is the ability to vary temperatures from            10 to 60°C while maintaining humidity at a controlled set point. This also allows for calibration and verification of some dew point measuring equipment.

April 2005 - New Capability - Midwest Metrology purchased National Instruments'  Calibration Executive software for verification and adjustment of National Instruments DAQ cards and other cards within the National Instruments product line.

With National Instruments' Calibration Executive software, Midwest Metrology can provide a comprehensive verification report and also adjust your DAQ cards if necessary.

Jan 2005 - Welcome Joe Eyre to the Midwest Metrology team.

Joe has accepted a position with Midwest Metrology as a senior calibration technician. He has over 15 years of calibration and repair experience working at a commercial calibration lab as a lead technician. Recently, Joe had been providing calibration, repair, and technical assistance to an automotive manufacturing company. With his experience and positive work ethics Joe will assist Midwest Metrology in supporting customers by providing quality calibration services.

November 2004 - Midwest Metrology, LLC purchases Accumarcc Metrology

Midwest Metrology, LLC has completed the purchase of Accumarcc Metrology, New Carlisle, Ohio. This acquisition enhances Midwest Metrology's service capabilities and increases our customer base. The Accumarcc Metrology lab, located in New Carlisle, Ohio has been relocated to Midwest Metrology's facility in Clayton, Ohio.

Accumarcc and Midwest Metrology personnel are trying to make the transition as easy as possible by notifying all Accumarcc customers of the changes. Accumarcc Metrology customers will still receive the same high quality and level of service that they were accustomed to with additional features and services to be added.

October 2004  -  Midwest Metrology Incorporates

As of October 8, 2004, Midwest Metrology has incorporated. The new company name is Midwest Metrology, LLC. The incorporation was necessary to provide a structure for managing the growth and future of Midwest Metrology. The services and quality that our customers have become accustomed to will not change.

October 2004 - Midwest Metrology now offers customer access to calibration records.

Customers of Midwest Metrology can now go on-line and gain access to their Midwest Metrology account which will allow them to:

*    View past and current Calibration Certificates including data, if applicable. 

*    Check status of existing in-house services

*    Check UPS tracking information for package shipments

*    Run calibration recall reports
